It was truly a delight to wake up to such a stunning sight every day.
Hilly Terrain: the hotel was a bit too hilly for my liking. However, by the end of the week, I had gotten used to the terrain.

I had a fantastic stay at a holiday home with the best ocean view. The panoramic views from the lounge windows were unbelievable, from sunrise to sunset. The home was clean, fresh, and presented to a high standard. It was the perfect spot for a home by the sea. I used it as a base for cycling the Exe Trail and enjoyed walking the coast path to Budleigh Salterton and back via the Old Budleigh to Exmouth Railway Trail. The facilities and entertainment at the hotel were plentiful, suitable for both couples and families. The beach was just a short 6 or 7-minute walk down the hill and the beach cafe was buzzing with activity. The entire Devon Cliffs site was well maintained to a high standard, ensuring returning visitors.

I had an amazing stay at the Devon Cliffs Holiday Home. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the ocean and gorgeous sunrises. The caravan itself was well-equipped and everything worked seamlessly. The comfortable beds and two toilets were definitely a plus. The outstanding value for the price was unbeatable. The communication from the host was faultless, and there were plenty of activities onsite to keep me entertained. I highly recommend this holiday home for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.
While there were a few minor inconveniences, such as uncomfortable beds and the lack of a frying pan and clock, they were trivial in comparison to the overall positive experience. The hilly terrain took some getting used to, but it became easier over time.

The location of the holiday home was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the ocean. We especially enjoyed waking up to breathtaking sunrises. Another positive aspect was that the holiday home was well-equipped and everything was in working order. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
There were a few downsides to our experience. the cleanliness of the holiday home was not up to par, as we found dirty pots and drawers, as well as some dusty surfaces and an out-of-date bottle of squirty cream.

Stunning ocean views - the best part of our stay! the panoramic views from our lounge window were a delight from sunrise to sunset. Perfect location for outdoor activities like cycling and coastal walking. We enjoyed exploring nearby towns like Exmouth and Sidmouth, which were lovely. - the cleanliness of the accommodation was satisfactory, and it was presented to a high standard.
Lack of facilities - there weren't enough amenities available, and we struggled to book onto activities due to overcrowding. Hygiene and maintenance issues - one of the toilets in our caravan was not clean upon arrival, and the carpets and seating area cushions were stained and in need of a deep clean.
